- Within 15 days of the shipping date, you can receive a refund to the original method of payment.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Laveau does not cover international return shipping costs.
Sale Merchandise
- Sale items are final sale.

Return & Exchange Details
For all returns or exchanges:
- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- International return shipping costs are not covered by Laveau.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Jewelry
- All intimates except bralettes
If you selected the Postal Service to ship your order, please return your order to us using your preferred shipping courier and the return postage fee of $45 USD will not be deducted from your refund. Please note that Laveau is not responsible for the payment of your return.
How to Mail Back an Online Return Using UPS
- Place the items into the bag we sent with your order, Then place the bag into the box we sent your order in and seal it securely.
- Stick the Prepaid Return Label we’ve provided over the original shipping label. Important: Make sure the previous label’s barcode is completely covered. A return postage fee of $45 will be deducted from your refund. If you do not want to use UPS for your return, you may return your order to us using your preferred shipping courier and the return postage fee will not be deducted from your refund. Please note that Laveau is not responsible for the payment of your return.
- Drop off your package at your local UPS location.
- Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we’ll e-mail you right away and let you know.
Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes).
When your refund is complete, we’ll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Laveau does not refund duties or taxes.
Online Return Refund & Processing
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on Laveaucollection.com.
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Hit the Submit Order button before you’re ready? We’ll do our best to help. Please email us using the Contact US form on the Contact page your request to cancel the order within 30 minutes of clicking submit on your order and we will assist you.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Order items are items that have not yet arrived to us, but can be purchased in advance for when they do. Once we have the items in stock, we will ship the order to you directly.
Shipping Date
We provide an approximate shipping date for each Pre- Order item. We try our best to ensure that your item is shipped on or before this date, but sometimes there might be delays.
Payment
Your payment will be authorized for the full order amount once your order is placed, but will not be charged until the item has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Pre-Order items can not be returned or exchanged as they are only made once the customer places the order. This is a part of our company’s effort to reduce the amount of waste on our planet.
